“The Nuke” – Casio Royale
Forged in fallout, scarred by time. The Nuke takes inspiration from Chernobyl’s haunting legacy - a weathered steel face, radioactive yellow markers, and industrial distressing that looks like it’s survived decades of decay. Built to resemble gear salvaged from a nuclear exclusion zone, this piece feels dangerous, powerful, and untouchable.
Weathering Process:
Each weathered build is treated with a custom finishing process using high-grade powders and liquid coatings made in Japan. These materials are carefully layered and sealed to create the look of age, wear, and pressure-tested resilience.
Weathering can be applied to the faceplate, the case, or both, depending on the options you choose in the selector. Every finish is unique, so no two watches come out exactly the same - each one feels like a true relic with its own story.

The graphic is printed on a transparent film, so you’ll still be able to see the world map underneath, your analog clock as well as the mute/alarm bar. This is a full structural upgrade, not a cosmetic add-on.
Instead of resin and acrylic, this case is CNC-machined from solid 316L marine-grade stainless steel and fitted with an anti-reflective reinforced K1 crystal.
The steel is low-carbon, corrosion resistant, and hypoallergenic, built to handle sweat, salt, and long-term daily wear without degrading.
The AR-coated K1 crystal offers very high scratch resistance, strong impact durability, and improved clarity under direct light.
316L Steel is the industry standard used across most high-end watch brands.

Installation (DIY Friendly)

TIPS for best results:
• Use a hand screwdriver when installing the backplate to protect threads
• Gently clean any minor CNC residue inside screw holes before installing screws
• Tighten evenly to maintain gasket seal
When combined with the NTMODS® 316L stainless steel backplate, sealing integrity is further improved due to matched tolerances and gasket compression.
Hydromod safe
The reinforced crystal and rigid stainless structure resist flex under pressure, making them far more stable for oil-filled builds than resin cases.
Proper installation and sealing are required for any pressure-based modification.

Important:
Because the fit is engineered with tight tolerances to match NTMODS® cases precisely, you may need to firmly compress the spring bars to seat them into the lug holes.
This is intentional.
The tight tolerance creates a seamless transition between case and bracelet, eliminating visible gaps and movement.
Once seated, the fit is flush, gapless, and locked in.

This is not a thin stamped plate.
This backplate is CNC-cut from solid 316L marine-grade stainless steel and finished to match the tolerances and rigidity of the NTMODS® case system. Built for constant skin contact, sweat exposure, and long-term durability, it replaces lightweight factory plates with true full-metal construction.
Low-carbon 316L steel offers high corrosion resistance, hypoallergenic skin safety, and superior structural rigidity. The result is improved case compression, stronger sealing surface contact, and a more complete all-metal build.

Sound Notice:
Because this backplate is solid 316L stainless steel and significantly thicker than the original stock plate, the alarm and beep sound may be slightly more muted compared to the factory backplate.
This is normal.
The added mass and rigidity that improve durability and sealing also reduce resonance. All functions work exactly the same, but the sound output may be slightly dimmer.
There are no functional compromises, only an acoustic difference caused by the increased mass of solid steel.

This option is available exclusively for the Color #1 (Circular Radar Window) and will be printed as a non-transparent graphic.

What is Negative Display?
The Negative Display option swaps out the standard film inside the screen for a specialized polarized layer. This flips the contrast - giving you light-colored digits on a dark background instead of the usual black-on-gray look.
You can apply this effect to any of the 4 display zones or even the entire screen (check the numbered reference photo). It’s purely visual - no changes to how the watch functions. Just a cleaner, stealthier look to make your build stand out.
What is Text Removal?
This minimalistic option removes the printed text around the display windows as well as on the faceplate itself. This option includes following text removal:

“ILLUMINATOR“
“5 ALARMS”
“10 YEAR BATTERY”

It’s purely cosmetic and gives the watch a sleeker - more refined finish.
